Technology Based Individualized Education Plan

I am a science and math teacher that would like to learn how to obtain and use science based classroom technology that I am not presently familiar or completely comfortable with so that I can create lessons utilizing this technology for my students. This technology includes preparing, utilizing, and analyzing DNA using DNA gel electrophoresis technology and techniques.

These are a short list of educational resources that I have found very useful.

Contains a variety of science based educational resources in addition to online communities and continuing education.

Contains excellent articles and useful resources in education. Promotes equity in the classroom and includes methods of incorporating relevant and effective lessons and classroom activities.

A great site for resources in science education. Includes a site for kids, teens, and parents. Contains an extensive list of age appropriate articles and personal insights into health related issues of interest and concern to kids, teens, and parents.
